At GTJones we specialise in Designing, Engineering and Manufacturing Process Equipment for the Mining and Extractive Industries. We offer a complete service that is bespoke to our customers requirements from initial ideas to manufacture of end product.

GTJones is based in Cornwall, Great Britain and provides bespoke engineering solutions and services to a wide variety of customers, both in the local area and worldwide.

We specialise in the pumping, mining and extractive sectors, with a particular expertise in the china clay (kaolin) industry. We are adept at creating bespoke solutions to challenging problems. We have a comprehensive range of capabilities, beginning with design, using the latest Solidworks CAD package through to manufacture with CNC lathes and mills, fabrication, testing, certification and CE marking. Other services include high performance Belzona resin coating to enhance the efficiency and lifespan of various process equipment, Dynamic balancing, Pattern making and hard Ceramic coatings.

GTJones also provide an extensive range of quality pattern parts for process equipment, including pumps, centrifuges, water jetting monitors, grinders, rotary valves and bucket wheels. All of these parts meet the OE manufacturer’s quality standards and many benefit from modifications which enhance lifespan, efficiency and durability, ultimately helping to increase up time, and keep service costs low.
